Services to Contractors

Since the arrival of the Design and Build procurement route, we have gained a wealth of experience in the provision of quantity surveying services to contractors both in this country and overseas.

This work has usually comprised the preparation of Bills of Quantities to be used for tendering purposes, often from less than totally complete documentation, which is where, of course, the experience gained over many years comes into effect.

These services have also included document checks when the Bills of Quantities prepared by others and supplied with the tender package cannot be relied upon, post contract remeasurement and estimating.
